Laura + Bob | Japan House + I Hotel Conference Center wedding

The long-awaited wedding day of Laura + Bob finally happened the last Saturday in May at the I Hotel Conference Center in Champaign. The running joke for the day was “we don’t remember what we picked three years ago.” 🤣 As most of their planning took place in 2019 (including booking me!), there were many decisions made before the pandemic, so some variables of their day were kind of like a fun surprise!

Some of my favorite parts of the day were their dog Gus as the ring bearer, their homemade Star Wars soaps as guest favors, their fun wedding party portraits around the Japan House, and the gorgeous golden hour sunset we got near the end of the night.

It was a fun, laid-back wedding day that I enjoyed from beginning to end. Laura + Bob (aka #blaub), I wish you both the best in your marriage! Congrats!!
