Rachael | Lake of the Woods Mahomet senior session

Rachael is in the Mahomet-Seymour Marching Bulldogs color guard, so she’s usually busy on Friday nights. But this particular Friday night was an away game, so we got lucky! We got the prettiest night with some amazing golden hour light for her session at Lake of the Woods, mostly in the botanical gardens. Her dad brought along their vintage Mustang for a few photos, and some great stories with it as well! This car has been in her parents’ wedding photos, her dad’s senior pictures, and both her sibling’s senior pictures. So we kept the tradition alive for Rachael, the youngest of the siblings. I even got to go in a quick ride in it while we drove from the botanical garden to the covered bridge for a second photo op.
