The Landing at Legend's | Wells & Wells Construction

I have been doing a ton of commercial real estate photos lately, mainly for 2 of my best commercial clients. This project was a huge but fun one — The Landing at Legend’s near the corner of Staley & Curtis in southwest Champaign.

This residential living community is tailored to those 55+ (or better as they say!) and has a ton of great amentities — an indoor pool, party room, game room, shuffleboard, bocceball, putting green, outdoor dining area with a grill, and lots more. And the apartments themselves are beautiful and so luxurious.
